FLOOD CONSEQUENCE ASSESSMENTS

We offer comprehensive flood consequence and risk assessments with in house GIS capabilities using QGIS to integrate flood modelling.

Increasing climate change factors make flood consequences a key element in the planning stage and gaining a high level understanding on the potential flood impact, is vital. We are always happy to discuss any project openly at the earlier stages, to help lead a scheme in a safe direction that manages flooding consequences. 

We have a wealth of knowledge and experience, working throughout South Wales and Cardiff in particular, where key infrastructure makes flooding a more complicated issue.

SUSTAINABLE DRAINAGE SYSTEMS

Since the introduction of the SuDS Approval Body (SAB) application in 2019, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) have become increasingly important to the early stages of planning and construction. These applications can often be complex and time consuming, especially for small scale developments. 

We offer a bespoke and considerate design ethos, that understands not all developments have the same resources or experience. It is our aim to be clear and informative to allow you to be part of the design process and get the most out of any scheme.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

We aim to provide a local friendly service for those taking on small structural renovations and construction. Offering building control calculation packages and plans for a range of projects.

    Masters of Architectural Engineering (MEng) from Cardiff University with 12 Years of experience in multiple civil engineering fields. Specialising in structural and drainage systems.


  • Flood Risk Consultant

    Previously a Royal Marines Commando for 15 years, working in the heavy weapons and mechanical engineering branches. With an expertise in geology and risk management.
